Do you need therapy?

I do. Often. Don’t we all?

You know:

Schocolate cakehopping therapy

Chocolate therapy

Go for a walk therapy

Massage therapy

Pedicure therapy

Golf therapy

Vacation therapy

Have you ever thought about what is your therapy? We all need it. Like water and sunshine. We all get stressed and lose our peace.

What restores your balance? It is important to find out. Specifically.  Identify it and make it part of your days and weeks.

It could be the difference between lovely days and memories versus the other option.

If you find yourself not patient or kind or peaceful or sleeping, perhaps you haven’t had your extremely effective therapy in a while. For, as we are all aware, all therapy really doesn’t help. Like chocolate therapy, it is YUM! but not long-lastingly helpful.

Let’s talk about therapy.  I have discovered things that help me, have you? If you have, share it here. It will probably help someone who needs therapy ideas.

If you don’t know what yours is …. find your therapy. I’ll give some ideas over the next few posts.

Share yours!

  1. As a homeschooling mom, my therapy involves leaving the house and the kids behind for a few hours. I either read, or write at a local café. All moms need some kind of therapy, don’t deny it!
